The college spoke with Ms [redacted] on 5/16/about the cancelled classThe college makes every effort to fill class sections, to prevent cancelling a class due to low enrollment This occurs right up through the drop/add period, which starts on the first day of class Unfortunately, this particular class had to be cancelled due to low enrollmentMs [redacted] paid for this class online on 5/16/through our third-party service provider, so they currently have the funds We shared with Ms [redacted] that our third-party service provider typically sends us collected funds every few weeks Once we receive the funds from our third-party service provider, we will be able to issue a refund for the cancelled class

I am rejecting this response because:Their practice of waiting until the last minute has possibly put my child an entire semester behind She is on an extremely tight schedule and has no room for people to screw with her That money they are holding onto was all that was left of her college money until next semester They left us with no time or money to get her enrolled in a class elsewhere Her classes have to be approved by her counselor at her full time school and this practice of last minute wait and see gave no time for an alternate plan Payment was made through the link provided by them so it is still on them that my child was screwed over by their practices They have thoroughly screwed her I want my money right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are thieves.

Unfortunately, this particular class had to be cancelled due to low enrollment. Ms. [redacted] paid for this class online on 5/16/2017 through our third-party service provider, so they currently have the funds.  We shared with Ms. [redacted] that our third-party service provider typically sends us collected funds every few weeks.  Once we receive the funds from our third-party service provider, we will be able to issue a refund for the cancelled class.
