I had made an online purchase from this company mid early December and still have not received my purchase or any update on my purchase after send numerous of emails.

I made a purchase from the company on Dencember 12th and money was taken out of my account. I reached out more than twice about when my product would arrive because I never got an email notification in regards to the transaction. I am very upset and feel like this company has stolen my money.
