I did leave message on 7-13-requesting a return call to as I said "Make it right"I did not receive a return call from [redacted] as of 7-26-However I did recieve this Revdex.com complaint.I am sorry for your inconvenience regarding your vehicle, truly I am! I have all intention of doing the right thing in this matter as I have for plus years of being in businessWe did replace the intake manifold gaskets which cured the large vacuum leak causing the air leak issue for which you paid $ When I diagnosed the vehicle after returning I found the valve cover gasket dripping oil onto the exhaust manifold, I have replaced that gasket on 7-14-at no charge as I beleive it is the right thing to doI did find that the cooling system has issuesThe radiator has developed a leak as well as the coolant reservior is in need of replacementNot a surprise for a vehicle with plus miles on itThe estimate for the valve cover gasket repair is $+ taxThe estimate for the radiator and coolant reservior repair is $+ tax which is a total of $+ tax, had you returned my call all I desired was to cover cost for the radiator & coolant reservior partsNo charge for the valve cover gasket, coolant fluid and no charge for laborCost for parts are $Therefore I honestly believe a discount of $for the described repairs is much more than fair as my goal at this point is to do the right thing as I stated during our last phone caonversationI understand you have a friend or relative in the automotive business from our previous phone conversationI suggest if you would rather have them contact me directly to discuss the repairs needed and if my offer is fair I would be happy to do soI am sorry that you did not return my call as your car would have been repaired and in your possession last week for less than 1/rd the price of the repairSincerely Darren M***, Owner operator of Heavy D's automotive Chrisella rd e Edgewood, WA 253-840-
