To: Whomever it may concern: Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this letter regarding case ID assigned by Revdex.com.I am the owner/chef of the restaurantI remember preparing this dish myself and I want to assure you that it had 9-pieces (Regular serving portion) of chicken mixed with chicken tikka masala sauce. The customer who filed the complaint had been to our restaurant previous week and asked for extra chicken and when we said, it is going to be $ extra, she said “she is not paying extra “and only wanted regular portionAt that time, we put few piece of extra chicken as a courtesy to please the customerThis time when she ordered she never asked for extra chicken. The restaurant staff that had taken her order started explained to her “on the previous visit she asked for extra chicken so we put extra and this time she never did.” No one blamed her for asking extra chicken because she never asked extra this time. She make the purchase around pm on 6/21/2016, I don’t understand why she couldn’t call earlier if there was a problem with the orderWe could have fixed her order the same day since we are open till pmShe only called in the afternoon of 6/22/There could have been anything with her food she took home, “may be eaten by her roommate, friends, family members or pets”She never let us explain things to her rather used inappropriate foul language when we explained “last time she asked extra and we put extra meat without cost as a courtesy, and this time she never asked and we didn’t put”. Her statement of us accusing her to order extra isn’t true, she probably didn’t hear the full statement” “SHE HAD ASKED FOR EXTRA CHICKEN IN HER PREVISIOS VISIT BUT NEVER ASKED EXTRA THIS VISIT”. This is a family owed business and we take sincere care of our customer, accusation of only putting 4-piece chicken is unacceptableIt was a slow evening and I remember cooking the order with regular serving of meat. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.first I would like to clear up why I called the next dayI work third shift and the food I ordered was for lunch at my jobI didn't open the bag of food until 2am the next day after purchasing the foodI can provide witnessing who will attest to the fact that there was only four pieces of food in this containerAlso, when I called the next morning the never offered to fix my dishes, I did not initially ask for a refund I asked if they could fix the chicken tikka masala and fix my order of cheese naanThey immediately said no I'm lyingThe woman on the phone said I asked for extra chicken which I did notThat was not my first or second time ordering food from Mirch Masala so I know how much chicken they put in their dish as this is the only Indian dish I eatI also don't like accusations and I have worked in customer service for the last seven year and I would never handle a customer issue the way they didThey immediately said I was lying and didn't offer to help fix the situationThe woman on the phone started to get loud and they switched the phone to three different people without informing me and would not tell me who the manager wasAs I said before I still have the food in my refrigerator and I'm willing to bring it backI don't want them to fix my order anymore I just want a refund and they will never have to worry about me frequenting their business again.?
