I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Revdex.com spoke to customer and the following was relayed: The business did not bother to respond for monthsI never received the part and my credit card took care of the charge Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** placed an order for a *** snow plow partOur standard shipping is set up with UPSWe do not have standard USPS shipping boxes to make shipments by USPSMr*** said that he only had a PO Box that he usesMr*** at this point said that he wanted to cancel his order
The credit card payment was voided in our credit card systemNo one noticed that the credit card cancellation did not go throughThis was an oversight and not intentionalThis was only found out that the voided charge did not go through, when we received a chargeback notice from our credit card companyAs far as Mr*** calling and speaking with a man (not giving a name of who he spoke with) and asking this man if the item was shipped, and not getting a call back with the information, the message was never given to Susan and or Tony who are the customer service representativesThey would have researched it and given Mr*** a call and an updateRegards, Nancy T

to have a Bad motor relay and a bad computer module. This module is no longer available and the plow would require a conversion to the current system which is $545.00 plus labor. It also had an hour labor trouble shooting ($75.00) and the $15.90 relay to replace. [redacted] asked if we had another option and we said we do have a used module that we could sell him for $200.00. [redacted] asked if we warranted the module. We informed him that we cannot warranty used component and we do not offer refunds but I would offer a 100% credit toward the conversion kit if the unit failed this season (which is the only other corrective action available). That is what was stated and agreed to. I offered the 100% credit toward the conversion, the other person that was outside during the discussion said that we never came out and told her. We have no way of knowing who is in charge as the boss called in the credit card over the phone. They also still have the unit that failed, the good solenoid that was replaced and the trouble shooting labor which was all part of this charge. The unit worked at the time they left here. We did fully agree to provide the 100% credit toward the conversion as we had agreed. The customer’s representative declined it at the time and left with all components. We were not there for an hour, so the one hour labor charge is another lie being told by the dealer. We have found another, honest company to resolve our problem. I am disgusted by the lies being told, and will not participate further. Please advise the vendor that they succeeded ripping us off, and we will let everyone local who needs plow service to avoid them at all costs.Regards.
