DISCOURTEOUS & UNPROFESSIONALBe very careful about renting an apartment from this placeThe agent was very disorganized, unprofessional, and gave too many excuses about her personal life for why she couldn't do her jobI paid her the 1st months rent and security deposit on the spot and applied the same dayShe wrote a receipt on a piece of scrap paperIts a week later and still I don't have access to the apartmentAfter getting the run around for a week and excuses about her having to cancel her weekend plans she manage to give me fakes keys and told me one goes to the apartment doorNone workedAfter attempting to call the office day after day no one will answerI am planning to take off of work and head back to that office (with local police) to collect my money backAt this point I don't know if this is a legitimate business or if I've been scammed

Be very careful about renting an apartment from this place. The agent was very disorganized, unprofessional, and gave too many excuses about her personal life for why she couldn't do her job. I paid her the 1st months rent and security deposit on the spot and applied the same day. She wrote a receipt on a piece of scrap paper. Its a week later and still I don't have access to the apartment. After getting the run around for a week and excuses about her having to cancel her weekend plans she manage to give me 4 fakes keys and told me one goes to the apartment door. None worked. After attempting to call the office day after day no one will answer. I am planning to take off of work and head back to that office (with local police) to collect my money back. At this point I don't know if this is a legitimate business or if I've been scammed.
