Review: I ordered a product on line from the above business. My order was placed on 02/09/15. I paid for my product and received a "confirmation" e-mail that stated my order, #1166 would be processed and mailed within 3 business days. I would receive a confirmation e-mail when my order ships. I assumed that I would have the e-mail on Wednesday or Thursday. When I did not receive the confirmation e-mail, I e-mailed the company using the e-mail option on their website. I heard no response. I called the company and only received a voice mail. I have called several times throughout the day and have never had a call back or a confirmation e-mail. The payment cleared my bank the very day that my order was placed. I am unable to reach the business, either by e-mail or phone. They do not service their customers, they could care less about our military veterans and I believe this is a company using our service members as a front for taking our hard earned retirement.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate having the item I ordered in the time frame indicated- otherwise, I demand a refund.
