Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The part that says that it was explained to me that they would stop the certificate until I finished paying the loan is falseHowever, I accept the resolution, they already sent me the certificateI would like to thank the Revdex.com greatly for interceding in this situation and making it possible for my voice to be heard, thank you very much,
The customer financed a portion of his training costs through the school At the time of enrollment he was told that we will hold his certificate until he has a zero balance with the school(As is the practice of state technical, community and four year colleges.) He was assured that this would not hinder his employment efforts since federal regulations require any potential employer to verify his attendance and program completion directly with the school However, we want our customer to feel comfortable and confident as his seeks employment So, on approximately 02/23/the school called the customer to let him know that the school was sending him his certificate of completion The customer did not answer his phone, a voicemail message was left and his certificate was sent to him Thank you

this would not hinder his employment efforts since federal regulations require any potential employer to verify his attendance and program completion directly with the school. However, we want our customer to feel comfortable and confident as his seeks employment. So, on approximately 02/23/2018 the school called the customer to let him know that the school was sending him his certificate of completion. The customer did not answer his phone, a voicemail message was left and his certificate was sent to him. Thank you.
