Heavy Remodeling/Construction

Review: Heavy Remodeling/ Construction was hired to complete a 203K loan via [redacted] for a property purchased at [redacted]. The two month project turned into nine month's.and after all this time, there are still thousands of dollars worth of work to be completed. The work completed is sloppy, heating system is not working, electrical work has to be re-done, there are leaks throughout the property and the kitchen backsplash and cabinets have to be taken down and reinstalled. It's been a frustrating process and I am very unhappy with the work that has been completed and as stated I have to still complete thousands of dollars worth or work to make this space livable.Desired Settlement: $2000.00
