Heb Auto Sales

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:in H-E-B letter it stated that the will with flats a week later I have receipts showing that I purchased new tires four days after I purchased the car, my windshield wiper pump fluid does not work as well that's also a safety hazard along with the tires that they had knowledge when they put the brakes on my vehicle when I explain to them that the brakes were missed that there was no way they could have checked those tires before they let me take it off the lot after the brakes are fixed because if they did it when I have been for nails in the front tire on the passenger side and three meals on the back tire on the passenger side and also a lot on the left side driver will I refuse any resolution from HEB autountil they either they reimbursed me for my tires and the windshield wiper fluid pump, it does not matter if it was sold as is the car when I went to purchase it was not in safe driving conditions and HEB knew thatI Believe H-E-B should be held accountable for close to manslaughter and fraudulence and miss leading sales of vehicles that are not properly inspect it before someone purchased them H EB is a very non-professional business I was not even allowed to speak with the owner when I called up there multiple times to resolve the matter they kept forwarding me to the reception and general manager, after I explained I did not want to speak with him nor herThis vehicle was not safe and HEB Allowed me to believe something that was falseI also feel HEB should have a civil lawsuit against them Regards [redacted] ***

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:if they so called purchase brakes they neglected to inspect the front and back tires,that they didn't fixed why where the tiers not checked why did HMB auto let me drive that vehicle off the lot with tires as such? With any not known implied-warrenty knowing the vehicle of some parts do not work? Also why did HEB auto sales do breaks checked why did they not inform me that I nails in my tiresWhy would HEB let me drive it when I first seen the vehicle it looked like it been in the same place, since it was purchased when HEB first bought it themselves? I've had problems with this car within to days some of the button in the car don't work, what if me and my famliy where to swerve and had a car due to negligence from HEB auto sales The when she'll wiper fluid does not work as well that was also discovered within the third day of having the vehicle after having to pay $for a bran new tires which H-E-B should have, made sure the car was safe to drive? We at H.E.B Auto Sales are very sorry for disagreementAs she explained before, the tire started going flat after one week of purchasing the vehicle, which means, there were no nails in the tire at the time of purchaseSecond, the vehicle was sold AS IS which means the seller has no responsibility toward the vehicle which means we are not responsible for any damages, flaws, or anything after we sell

I've had problems with this car within  2 to 3 days some of the button in the car don't work, what if me and my famliy where to swerve and had a car due to  negligence from HEB auto sales.  The when she'll wiper fluid does not work as well that was also discovered within the third day of having the vehicle after having to pay $250 for a bran new tires which H-E-B should have,  made sure the car was safe to drive?
