In response to the complaint received via letter from the Revdex.com on October 1, 2014: My Fit Foods initially called the Revdex.com within the day window and asked for more information regarding the complaint, specifically which store it occurred atRevdex.com did not know and advised us to contact the customer directly My Fit Foods works very hard to clear up any concerns from our customersThis customer did not file a complaint with the company’s customer service department, which is available via the website and is handled by a special customer service department representativeShe did not contact the Corporate office in any way eitherThe complaint does not designate which store she had the issue withWe have over stores and cannot address the issue as the customer is requesting (i.edisciplinary action on the store manager) if we do not know what store the complaint is regardingWe cannot research the credit card receipts either without knowing which store it is related to My Fit Foods reached out directly via email and phone to the customer (per the information provided by the Revdex.com) and did not receive a responseAgain, without the information regarding which store this took place at, we cannot follow up any furtherWe process refunds at the store and at the corporate office all the timeWhile we are disappointed this happened to this customer, and wish to make it right, My Fit Foods needs the cooperation of the customer to provide any further action at this time If there is any further step we can take to clear up this customer’s complaint, please let us know Thank you, [redacted] ** [redacted] (o) ###-###-#### (f) ###-###-#### my fit FOODS EAT FITLIVE FIT

My Fit Foods initially called the Revdex.com within the 10 day window and asked for more information regarding the complaint, specifically which store it occurred at. Revdex.com did not know and advised us...

to contact the customer directly.  My Fit Foods works very hard to clear up any concerns from our customers. This customer did not file a complaint with the company’s customer service department, which is available via the website and is handled by a special customer service department representative. She did not contact the Corporate  office in any way either. The complaint does not designate which store she had the issue with. We have over 80 stores and cannot address the issue as the customer is requesting (i.e. disciplinary action on the store manager) if we do not know what store the complaint is regarding. We cannot research the credit card receipts either without knowing which store it is related to.
 
My Fit Foods reached out directly via email and phone to the customer (per the information provided by the Revdex.com) and did not receive a response. Again, without the information regarding which store this took place at, we cannot follow up any further. We process refunds at the store and at the corporate office all the time. While we are disappointed this happened to this customer, and wish to make it right, My Fit Foods needs the cooperation of the customer to provide any further action at this time.
 
If there is any further step we can take to clear up this customer’s complaint, please let us know.
