This person is highly praised for all the good she has done for us through her profession. She throughly researched property we were to buy prior to purchasing anything in Hawaii. She kept us informed of rules and regulations that affected lands we were looking to buy. Wonderful service worth every dollar paid. Saved us from many headaches and misunderstanding of what we were able to do with any property we were looking to buy. Shes veery trustworthy. She’s been in this business for more than 40 years and holds wisdoms, honesty, and knowledge that’s hard to find. She’s one of the best in the business. Our questions were always answered with truths. We highly recommend her.

This person has had multiple businesses on Kauai. Personally, our family was scammed. Her credentials are half truths. Professional grifter, she acquired our trust, then scammed us in a real estate development when we were building a home. Funds disappeared (sic) after she was notified that we were no longer going forward with our project.She professes to have connections and knowledge that does not exist. Mistruths were made regarding her ability to utilize local subcontractors. Moreover, she held up her billing for 9 months, then the truth revealed itself. We were billed at $120 per hour when contractually, the price was 20 dollars less. Billing was similar to an attorney and the price included every tele call and email: a lot of which included her personal life. Her bill was excessively padded . We even found that she had gone to a Honolulu Plastic surgeon and paid with our materials debit card. This person should not be able to continue dishonest business practices which include questionable billing, giving false information, using our funds for her personal use, misrepresenting her experience and skills regarding building, planning. She does not have an architectural degree nor an engineering degree.
