I was traveling for work and needed a new truck, so I stopped in there found a truck I really liked so I bought itI went through the entire process and financed with Chevy to make it a quick processI told them multiple times once I got home I was refinancing with my bank and they told me everything would be good I even made sure to ask about gap coverage and he said it would be goodI refinanced with my own bank about a year later my truck got totalled now I’m in the hole grand because the gap didn’t transfer when I refinancedI feel like this company didn’t care due to the fact I was out of state they were just trying to get money out of me and not care if they told me the truth or notMe being a veteran of the marine corps and being through everything I’ve been through getting screwed over in the in place we are supposed to have each other’s backs it sucks bad
,After looking for quit some time we found *** the Car She wanted Brand New Camaro RS Red Convertible with speed Manual transmission from Village Chevrolet We got free oil changes with the car She brought it in to them for the 3rd oil change she got about miles down the road and noticed the car was smoking and the motor started making a horrible noise oil pressure dropped to and by the time she got off the highway the engine was clunkingVery Upset she called Village Chevrolet and they came with a tow truck and towed her back to dealerAfter sitting there for an hour or more they came out and said they found the problem and cleaned it all up and ready to goShe drove it homeWhen I got home I went out and started it the next morning (cold Start) and the engine sounded terrible (I have attached a video of the engine sound)I called the service manager and played it to him he said that doesn't sound right and they would pick it up and check it out
