As per the complaint:
1. Heckaman contacted us to move the building process timeline forward.
2. On March 11th, 2017 [redacted] stated that our home would be ready whenever we were ready.
3. The home was not delivered on April 5th as scheduled.
4. There was oversight and omission on the plans sumitted to the State of Ohio. (See attachment). Mr. [redacted] (Plans Examiner State of Ohio) states such in his email to Heckaman Homes. Even the subject line of his email states "correction letter".
5. Only two points of the Revdex.com Response from Heckaman are correct: Calls were taken by [redacted]. However, these were only taken by him because [redacted] (owner) refused to take calls.
