Hecker Brother Cabinets

Review: We hired [redacted] in September of 2012 to re-face our kitchen cabinets and install a new peninsula. During the project, Mr. [redacted] failed to show up when he said he would and we had to continue to follow-up with him on our own. By October 30, 2012, Mr. [redacted] only had some touch-up to do and install the last 4 doors on our cabinets. Since October, we have exchanged e-mails, texts, and phone calls to schedule the completion of this project. We even offered to pick-up the doors ourselves to find another contractor to put them up. We only received 1 of the 4 doors since October. Mr. [redacted] continues to make plans to come and complete the project and then he does not show up. He even sent pictures of the doors to us to prove they are ready for delivery and install. Most recently, Mr. [redacted] said he would finish the project on Friday, September 6, 2013 and he never showed up. It has been almost a year of his excuses, non-responsiveness, and false promises of deadlines.Desired Settlement: We want the rest of the 3 doors delivered and installed.
