Heckeroth Plumbing and Heating

Review: I hired Heckeroth to install afaucet in my kitchen on July **, 2013.This company has the policy of billing by the job- not by the hour. When I was given the contract to sign, I looked at the amount listed in the amount column and thought the charge for the faucet installation and the installation of two sink basket/ strainers (all of which I provided) was going to total 316.28. This figure would have been fine with me. However- when the plumber was done- I was billed 988.80 for 3.5 hours of work. I complained to the company, and got a meager reduction in the charges to $750. This still amounts to more than $210 an hour.I wrote a letter to the head of Heckeroth but have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to contact the company to alert them that I have filed a complaint. I would also the the Revdex.com to establish a fair pricing strategy with Heckeroth and hopefully request (on my behalf) a refund. Charging $210 an hour seems excessive for this part of NY State.Thank you.
