Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
He never verbally or in writing informed me of their policy of NOT being responsible for broken cracked driveways until AFTER they broke my driveway. Further more he would NOT pick up the dirt with garbage in it until I signed his invoice and he wrote on it LOAD NO GOOD. Plus invoice does not say anywhere on it they are not responsible for cracked drive ways just curbline damage. On top of that he agreed to give his insurance info to my home owners agent so I could make a claim but when she called he would not give her anything and was very rude to her. He kept saying it was my fault for not telling his drivers not to drive over driveway and I should have guided them. He also kept saying he was not paying for anything. He only offered the "clean" dirt after I toold him I was taking him to court which I am. Hard to believe someone would run a bussiness like this and tell a client they are responsible for damages their drivers make and inform them of Their policies AFTER they damage your property and then be rude and un cooperative.I am not happy. I have to take Chemo daily and should not have to babysit delivery drivers when they make a delivery to my house. No other truck driver has damaged my property and as a matter of fact I found a company that delivered dirt and they asked why the other guys would drive over my drive way. Even [redacted] told me that had it been him making the delivery instead of his guys he would not have driven over it. I never told them or agreed to let them drive over it, and neither driver warned me in advance. I assumed they were competent like all the other bigger trucks that have made deliveries to my house. Boy was I wrong! not happy

Tell us why here...
Contractor, "Libery Contracting", Contacted me an add which I quoted his two prices. Screened and nonscreened. Contractor claimed material was for fill only. NON-SCREENED material was sold to contractor for $100. After dumped, homeowner (Revdex.com complaint filer), was...

unhappy with material, as she was promised "screen dirt" and paid $240 to the contractor, more than double. This issue is with who the homeowner contractored. Not us, as we delivered what we promised.

Regards,

These guys were referred by two coworkers and I wouldn't hire them again to move a dog house. They showed up 1 1/2 late and tried to bill for that time. A lot of my furniture was already wrapped from a previous move and all they had to do was load it on the truck. The turned a 2 1/2 job into an all day event. I tried calling the home office several times during the move because of their inept handling of valuable antiques. The final straw was a gash, not a scratch on a solid cherry desk I've had for over 40 years. We ended up settling for $400 less than the agreed terms and they had the nerve to say they would take the desk with them since it cost them $400. That won't even begin to cover the cost of restoring the desk. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!!!
