Revdex.com spoke to Jeff at business and the following was relayed: I am the individual who assisted this consumerI tried to explain that one of the fittings she was trying to return is not one that we carry in our storeI did accept it as a return to help her outWe have it clearly posted that there is a 20% restocking fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been employed in customer service in banking for several years and I know the importance of honestyFirst of all, although he claims that the store did not carry the fitting I was trying to return, it clearly says on the receipt that I purchased the fitting at that storeWhether or not he was aware of the store carrying that product (which he should have been), is it to be assumed that I would suddenly be allowed to purchase something they did not carry and I somehow was able to have that product appear on the receipt through sheer will? and they claim this should be fixed for free.any busness could put the blame on the consumer to avoid a free fixa3year warrenty means nothing to them so buyer BEWARE. Regards,

no cost to the customerShe called us and asked about the other windows, we agreed to do the same for the rest of the windowsThis was also at our costThe customer wanted me to install them on Father's Day which was not a possibilityThe screens are hereI will have the window screens brought to the customer and installed by Friday

Revdex.com spoke to Russ at business and the following was relayed: Contaminated fuel is not a manufacturer's defect and the repair is not covered by the manufacturer's warrantyThis was explained to the customer and he understood at the timeWe told him it would be $for a flush and the carburetor
needs to be cleanedThese are not covered under warranty and are not free services/repairs

These were not free!!!! We purchased and installed or window screens for the customer at our cost and no cost to the customer.That is because I called on April and advised Jeff that I wanted ALL windows replacedHe only ordered and installed He stated that is what I told him in an emailI asked that he provide me a copy of that emailHe was not able toI then asked if I ordered only 5, why did he not ask what windows I wanted done? His response was " I am not going to argue with you, ***!" She called us and asked about the other windows,Yes..I called WEEKLY! Sometimes twice a week since APRIL!we agreed to do the same for the rest of the windowsThis was also at our costBecause it was THEIR MISTAKE!The customer wanted me to install them on Father's Day which was not a possibilityI never once mentioned Fathers day! I wanted them done in AprilFathers Day was in June! I just happened to call AGAIN the Friday before Fathers day and was told the screens are in but he is too busy to come Friday...too busy to come Saturday and that his wife would kill him if he came on Fathers dayThose were his words...not mineI then asked again..as I did every week, when he would be comingHe told me something during the weekStill waiting...The screens are hereI will have the window screens brought to the customer and installed by Friday.I hope so.
