I am rejecting this response because:Hi there was about people behind the desk and kept looking over at me and sales clerk and the guy that loaded and spilled the rock came in and informed them before I even made it back inside so they knew exactly what was going on and what does a year old vehicle have to do with anything when its in excellent condition ? People compliment me on the truck everywhere and even the guy loading the rock compliment ed me on how nice it is

I am in receipt of your letter regarding the complaint by a customer about the service at Hedberg Supply in Farmington. The ID you assigned was ***Regarding this instance, the customer, Kevin Way, never came in asked to speak to a manager. He only dealt with a college student who
is working here during the summer and did not have any authority to do much other than apologize. And after talking to my staff member, he did apologize profuselyIt was unfortunate that some stones spilled onto the side of the customer’s truck. This is not unusual when loading trucks in a brickyard. We load trucks all day long and when a customer drives into our yard with a truck, that is an inherent risk in loading bulk products. In fact, there is a sign posted behind our counter that states “we are not responsible for damage occurring during loading or unloading” of trucksThat being said, we take the utmost care in our yard operations and it is very rare that we have a customer complain. If I had known about this complaint, I would have not made MrWay pay for the product we gave him. If he contacts Hedberg Supply at ###-###-#### we will refund the $that he paid for the material.
