I cannot say enough good about Hedberg MovingThey made an exact appointment for my estimate and kept itThey were thorough and listened to my concerns and priorities and took them into accountFor the move itself they gave me a one hour window and showed up on time within minutes of the beginning of that windowThe crew was professional, experienced, friendly, engaging, and listened well to directionAll our possession were well cared for and delivered intactWe've found nothing broken - nothing! It was a short distance to move, but that's amazingThis crew worked hard and carefully, yet quicklyThey took hours less to pack us than estimatedThey took hour less to move us than estimated and the total bill came to $less than the estimateI would rather get a high but estimate that takes everything into account and end up with lower charges because of conscientious work than a "low ball" estimate and then getting soaked for unanticipated chargesYet their rates are competitive and reasonable compared to the other companies we looked atIn fact they were our lowest estimate and we were attempting to consider only the best, most careful and reliable companies we could find
All of the people I spoke with over the phone were helpful and gracious to speak withTheir receptionist is knowledgable and often she is the only person I needed to speak withIt has been years since our last move so I had many questionsThey answered them wellThey offered sound advice, even when their recommendations cost them an additional saleThat happened twice and we were very happy with the results of taking their counsel
This is a great companyIf you live in Minnesota you should definitely consider and probably hire Hedberg

They came in to do an estimate, and gave us the worst case scenario (potentially how long it would take and potentially how much it would cost). That was one thing I knew I'd like about them.

On the day of the move, the moving company came and started to haul out boxes and furniture into their truck and we had mentioned that we'd take some stuff with us ourselves so they had asked "to the truck? or keep here?"

A family member and I went to the new place and had monitored and navigated where stuff goes. They were also open to being social, which was amazing.

I highly recommend this moving company, but am taking off a few points for the 3 hour window of when they estimated to show up to pack the truck. They were professional and efficient the entire afternoon.
