Heddings Ford World

Review: Sent my 2002 Ford F250 to Heddings Ford World for a hard start issue in November of 2012. The issue was resolved. I was contacted and told there was oil and fuel leaks, I gave him the go ahead to fix the leaks after being told a price of around $1,200.00. This is where everything started to go downhill. It took 6 months for me to get my truck back after many phone calls and many trips to the shop to see how progress was going. I finally got my truck back in May 2013. Upon driving the truck I noticed it had a vibration problem while driving. I sent it to [redacted]. I was told the tires were egg shaped. Before it went to Heddings it had [redacted]s installed new on it. I called [redacted] and they have no other issues with these tires. I was told that if the truck sat outside over the winter (cold months) that's what caused the tires become egg shaped. Sept 2013 I finally received a bill from the business for $2,361.00. After reviewing the bill I was charged for a high pressure oil pump $700.00 plus an injection pressure regulator $265.00 and the labor to install both parts. I didn't approve the parts. I tried to call the phone # on the bill to discuss the change in price, parts I didn't approve, and the issue with my new tires but the phone # is out of service. I also had to have the inside of the truck detailed from all the cat hair and paw prints throughout the interior. There was also a $1,000.00 deposit made in Dec 2012 to try to speed the process of getting the truck fixed.Desired Settlement: I shouldn't have to pay for the parts and labor to install the parts that weren't approved to be installed. Also the business should fix the issue with the tires as they were new when the truck was sent there to be fixed.
