I went to Grand prix subaru on 05.**and was charged for belts to be replaced They said it was replaced and billed me for the service They also put down on the invoice the other concerns they thought my car needed asap I showed the concerns to my mechanic friend and to another auto shop (Pit Stop in [redacted] ) to get their opinions and they said that the car was fine since it was part of the wear and tear of a car that was from the year with miles They both told me that the belts were not replaced since one of the belts was still old With these concerns in mind, I sent grand prix subaru an email addressed to Daniel R [redacted] and Clinton D [redacted] (managers) explaining that the issues that their inspector mentioned needed attention really did not need to be addressed asap and that they belts were not replaced Daniel replied for me to come to the shop so we can remedy the situation I was finally able to go to the subaru shop on 07***for an airbag recall and spoke t

I went there to purchase a car on 06/**/After road-testing the car, and began with the paper work including runing my credit ,and make down payment .they told me their was a mistake and the car was already soldThey how ever told me that they should get the same kind of car in two days (which they didn't )I decided to call the dealer for a refund two days afterand for the pass week I haven't got back my money They keep on telling me they process the transaction , but I never receive it

On December **, I made a deal to lease a vehicle from Grand Prix Subaru I was told I would have a dark gray 5-door Impreza available to me in a few days I made a $1,deposit on that date A vehicle was not available for me until January **, 2016, days after our deal was made I agreed to accept a silver Impreza instead of the agreed upon dark gray to avoid waiting any longer for a vehicle During those three weeks of waiting, I did not make any complaints and was incredibly patient as I waited for my vehicle (and all the while incurring mileage expenses on my leased Jetta)
On January **, I took the Impreza and was told my Jetta would be turned in to Volkswagen I gave Joe D***, my sales associate, my Jetta with its two keys
Also on January **, my payment plan changed and the numbers were worked out with the finance department I was to put less money down (so I was getting a $refund from my $deposit) and a bigger monthly payment

I was happy with my used Impreza purchase, until I realized the odometer was resetThey told me the car had 30,miles on it, but the odometer only read I didn't realize it until after my purchase I complained and they offered to exchange it, so I bought a different Subaru Impreza As part of the purchase, they gave me a $service credit After I complained about them on ***, they deleted my credit The manager told me I could get the credit back, only if I deleted the review

I purchase a car on 11/* /at grand prix subaru ,and I have too cancel the warranty I was told the money is not refundable, I try to talk to them for a month no refun and no answer please I need help

I purchased a used car on Jan **, I was charged $for the license and title fees which is just an estimated amount I was informed that I will get a refund if the fees are less that the estimated amount I got my license plates on mid-February and the receipt shows only $ I should then be receiving a refund of $but it has been months already and I still did not get my refund

My husband went in for service earlier this afternoon to have his tires changedAt the end of the tires being changed, a service advisor had come up to him and told him that they broke one of the screws/nuts on the tire and that HE was going to be responsible for the chargeAs my husband does not speak the best english, I had sent my son there who had questioned what the charge was for when he was told that they had broken a piece off while trying to get the tire off and that my husband would in fact be responsible for the feeI am not understanding why we would be responsible for lack of caution done by YOUR service advisorMy son had told them to do whatever they have to do then and to just know that they lost a customer (who has already purchased vehicles & parts from you) and your service advisor Nick B*** responded with "That's Fine." I have a copy of the receipt to provide and I have called and left a message for Clinton and am waiting for a responseI would like to sp

Brought a car from this dealer on 3/*/Which they claim had a point inspection from the dealerAfter 1st week I had to take to service center and to my surprise weeks later I still have no car!! Horrible customer serviceI guess they feel since they offer loaner cars that they provide VIP serviceThat is a bunch of bull I would prefer my car be running especially a car I just purchasedWait it gets better not only did they let me drive off lot with a car that has a serious recall but the so called service in the vehicle they had preformed all most put us in harms way because they returned the car and said nothing is wrongThis place is a rip off they are really nice until they get your moneyOnce they got my money they don't have the courtesy to call you to let you know what is going on so.I am sitting here with a loaner car and a car that has been in shop since 1st week and still no one tells me what going onSo far I dealt with the service manager, lady name Emily, and used car manager Anthony still no response

I received a notice that I purchased a service agreement for $which I didn't purchase or sign a contract forI also purchased a Zurich Protection agreement, which would protect the paint, the day I purchased the car for approximately $a month extra on the loan for the next years which I believe was possibly already part of the deal if I did not add it, which would add up to over dollars.,
