I saw the response from the company in re: to my complaint.
 I DO NOT want a replacement!  I want this company to pay me the $150
for the cost of replacing the phone the 1st time and $150 for replacing the
phone with a different one the second time.  The product DID NOT protect
the phone like it said it is guaranteed to do if it fell!  Both times the
case came off my husbands belt for no unknown reason and only dropped about 10
feet.  Their product was faulty and I want my $300 that they owe me since
the phone(s) were not protected like they guarantee!
