Review: [redacted] Hedrick Lic# [redacted] stated that he would remove all existing roof layers on our row home and completely replace with a new torch down modified bitumen roof system throughout. He included in his scope proper flashing around all roof penetrations including 2 skylights. He included a 3 year warranty and a 5 year limited warranty. within the three years we got a water stain on our gypsum board ceiling on the top floor. I requested through email that he come to the house to find the source and repair as necessary per the warranty - I made this request via email as 1 of his 2 numbers does not work anymore and the other one simply rings endlessly. The leak is only getting worst now. We've brought in (2) other experts and both said that the work performed was not good and needs to be completely redone. They also stated that he did not do what he said he did in that roofing layers were left on and not removed per the contract. This has resulted in thousands of dollars wasted and the man is no where to be found.Desired Settlement: As none of mr. hedrick's work is salvageable and as pointed out by two different experts much of what he did involved cutting corners or not finishing properly we need our money back to help us get a roof that will perform properly.
