My family and I were very displeased with the services offered by this businessThey lost my grandmother's wedding and anniversary ringThey claim they were accidentally cremated but the nurse from the hospital removed her rings and checked them in with security so if Heer Mortuary did in fact cremate them that means they would have had to intentionally placed the rings with her body when they creameted it I am disgusted and hurt that during such an awful time the business that we paid several thousands of dollars to could do something so careless The staff were unprofessional and lacked grace considering the type of business they are in and while they did seem apologetic there are some things that just cannot be undone We are not pursuing this any further for the sake of our grandfather who just wants this all to be over with but I will never get to wear my grandmother's ring (rings she explicity expressed she wanted her granddaughters to have even when she was sick) and that is unacceptable

I am disgusted and hurt that during such an awful time the business that we paid several thousands of dollars to could do something so careless.
