I hired this company for drywall and tapping job. Once they wee hired they dis nothing bu complain the entire duration of the job. The company never completed the work contracted to complete. I tried contacting the company to resolve the matter and no response. The owner Steve never returned any of my phone calls or emails sent out. I was forced to hire another company to complete the work.
I underbid the work and did 800 sq ft for the price of 420 sq ft. I did not complain. That job was complete. I worked all day on a Thursday night and finished it. I let her know the job was done and for her to look at it and I would be back the next morning if she had any issues. I touched up anything she had issues with. My job stops when the client pays me. We used spray flex tape, which is a new product. I explained to her how the tape works. She can paint over it. There will be no refund given. The job was complete and she was happy. She said if she had any other issues her son would take care of it. Her son called me and cursed me out and her daughter bad mouthed me on Google and threatened me. I felt I was mistreated. I was locked out of the bathroom and was not allowed to use it half of the time. Can she provide a copy of the contract she had with me? Can she also provide a copy of the contract for the other company that she paid?
