Review: I contracted with Heffron Realtors to sell my property.The agent was [redacted] has since been acquired by Bunbury Realtors.It was discovered after the closing that she also signed to be the buyers agent,which constitutes conflict of interest and illegal double agent situation.This is definitely unlawful and violating state statute 452.The agent also forged approval of deignated agency(item 129)of the listing contractthat is required to be initialed by the seller. Even if I approved designated agency,which I did not, it requires two different agents.She also noted on the buyer contract that the seller agrees to pay the buyers agent commission which is totally false.Desired Settlement: refund of agents commission,attorney fees incurred refunded,and all documents illegally prepared by the agent following her contracting with the buyer be voided.
