I dont why these guys got a negative review from that guy! Everyone has a bad day! I've used this company many times and so have a few friends that I referred. Not one problem ever. They are fair priced and do what they promise. Always straight shooters. You will never get any sales pitch for repairs that you don't need! Id highly recommend this company

If you are looking for a company with zero customer service skills, who is rude to a new customer who is trying to get a quote, tell you that you need to call back in 15 min. because someone is on hold, and when you do call back your are told "I can't help you because I am getting ready to close call tomorrow " Then Hefner is the garage for you.

I guess they must be rolling in the money and they don't need any customers.
