Order blanket, they took the money and I have not received anything. Made numerous attempts to contact, phone and email, not response. Need refund!
July 3, 2020 ordered blanket, money was taken out of acct that day. Order #*** lb blanket in grey. Tried email and phone calls to contact them.

Ordered item 5/29/20, haven't received. requested update or refund 3 times, no reply.
I placed an order for a weighted blanket on 5/29/20 with this company on their website
www.heftyblankets.com after seeing an ad on Instagram. Received a confirmation email that day, but
then have received no further contact. On 6/24/20 I sent them an email requesting status update or a
refund. They didn't reply. I also left a comment on their Instagram, which was deleted. On 6/30/20 I
sent a second email and left another comment on their Instagram. After that they blocked me on
Instagram (I know because I checked to see if it was still available with my other IG account). Today,
7/9/20 I have sent a third email advising them I was going to file a complaint with the FTC and Revdex.com.
I would like my money back. I paid $44.95 for something that evidently isn't coming. I understand times are tough, but every other vendor I have used during this time has been in contact with me, at least to let me know if an item would arrive late. Not responding to requests for updates is just bad business.
Ordered product April 18,2020. Have not received, and company has not responded to my several emails.
Purchase date April 16,2020. Order shipped April 18th. Order ***. Twin chevron 15lb blanket. Cost was $44.95.

I have emailed Seven times to find what the issue is.
I would like delivery of product or a refund of charges.
Hefty Blankets is using the address of my company, JPM Comics & Games.
2 months ago we asked for their website to be corrected.
A couple months ago, a blanket arrived at our store. We sent it back to customer. We emailed Hefty Blankets asking them to correct their website. Today the website still lists the incorrect address.
JPM Comics and Games has been in business at *** Route *** Suite *** XXXXX for fifteen years.
Today I received a Letter from the Revdex.com for Hefty Blankets. In the future, I'll try to catch the postman so I can refuse any further correspondence for Hefty Blanket.
Just get our address off their site!
I ordered an aqua, one size fits most, 17 lb weighted blanket from this business. They said on their Facebook page that I could request a specific weight, even though they don't have that option. They said that they would be able to add weight to a blanket to make it the weight I requested. What I received was a gray child's 7 lb weighted blanket, not even close to what I ordered. It was shipped from Amazon. I have sent them 3 emails since I got the wrong item, but I got no response. They say on their website that I could send the blanket back to them (at my expense) for a return or exchange, but why should I pay to ship it back when it was their error? When I called the phone number that was listed on my credit card statement, which is the number I gave you, I got the voicemail for some guy, not a business. I feel like I was scammed. I would like to get what I ordered, but if that's not possible, I would like a refund of the purchase price and what it costs me to ship it back to them. Please help me! Thank you.
