Hegwood Electric installed the electrical line for a new central AC unit at my house in Colorado SpringsHegwood was the electrician chosen by Efficiency First who won the bid for the ACThe install went just fineWhen it came to the inspection, the mechanical inspector came as scheduled but the electrical inspector did not show upI called Hegwood to discuss the issue and the voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message and tried two other times still receiving a full voicemailI received a call ahead from the inspector two days later while I was at work, the inspection was scheduled for the wrong dayI was able to get ahold of Hegwood the next time calling and we rescheduled the inspectionNo showI called Hegwood again and had to reschedule another dayThat's the situation as I write this review, I hope it works out this timeI've wasted a lot of time sitting waiting for an inspector that wasn't coming as promised
I used Hegwood electric after *** referred them when installing A/CI explained to Hegwood that I needed the electrical from the A/C to pass code and inspectionI was charged $I found out months later that Hegwood did not pull a permitHegwood then would not return my calls or emailsRegional building contacted Hegwood and made him pull a permitThe work was then inspected and failedHegwood stated that the work done was what " I" wantedI wanted the work to pass and not be a danger
Now I am left to hire a qualified electrician to fix the issue
