Review: I have an [redacted] listing with Heidi Spellman Realty. [redacted] along with a co-listing agent are handling the listing. On 6/*/15, I received a voicemail from [redacted], the co-listing agent, something about an urgent issue and my listing was going to be in the paper. I was busy at the time and texted her to text me. I did not receive a return text message and later that evening emailed both [redacted] and [redacted] letting them know to feel free to email me, again no response. I sent one additional email requesting an update and no response. This non-responsiveness is a breach of contract and even though for all intents and purposes the current contract has been terminated I would like the Cancellation form I sent her signed. The email with the Cancellation form and subsequent text message asking when I can expect to receive a fully executed copy was also ignored. Obviously, at this point I have no interest in continuing with either real estate agent. I am also filing an ethics complaint against both realtors with the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the fully executed [redacted] Cancellation Form that I sent to [redacted] returned to me via email.
