Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am amazed at this lies in this responseFirst- I gave the repairman the model number and he gave it to Donna (or so I was told)I called the same day to say it was not the washer and Donna told me that she was busy and would call me backShe never didI called the following Monday to state my complaint and I was old to call the repair peopleI DID CALL and as it noted in the complaint, they did not come as scheduled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dare you say that I did not want to call repair when I have an e mail to prove that I did call and I made an appointmentAlso- how dare you say that I did not want to look up the model number for lack of time when that was never a conversation When I called Margaret and told her that I was tired of calling people and that Maytag did not show up for their appointment, she told me that she would have the owner call me back and he never did.I do not know who wrote this reply, but It seems that the person was not around when I called and called and calledAs stared originally, after spending $500, I was sick and tired of calling people and not getting called backSo, I contacted the Revdex.com, wrote on [redacted] and the Web+ any other site that I could contribute my poor review toI must say that there are many other poor reviews re this companyNow- if this company would like to do the right thing and call me so that this may be resolved, they know my numberHow good is this company when they resort to lies rather than try to make an OLD and faithful customer happy?SHAME ON YOU! The business has responded Please see below:*** *** never told us the model number of the washer she wantedI gave her the model number of the washer she was getting before she got itI also told her to go on line and look at it before she purchased it, but she stated she didn't have
the timeAt no point did she state that she wanted a washer with a fabric softenerOnce she received the washer she said it did not work properlyWe told her to call *** because her warranty is with themIf us or any other company check it out *** would void her warrantyShe told me she did not want to call them and just wanted a new machineI told her if they found it not to be working they would repair or replaceI believe *** *** did not call ***, because most likely there is nothing wrong with her washer, except that she wants a new washer with a fabric softenerWe can not take it back without a written statement from *** on their letterhead and signed by them that they will accept the return from us
