Will S., from Plumb Crazy found the clean out in the first minutes! He had my drained open in short order, pulling out a wad of rootsI went ahead and had a new backwater valve installed the next day by them as the original was very old (among the earliest examples) and he said may have been the issueI also had new clean outs installed since, in my opinion, being cut off at ground level my original may have been a source of trouble by allowing debris to get past its rubber capAt first I was a little shocked by the price, but after seeing the quality of work those thoughts vanishedHe wrapped the bushes to protect them and kept me informed every step of the wayHe filled in the large hole that he had dug and cleaned everything upVery professional, Will spent all day working on getting it done in degree heat brought it all up to codeThe work looked terrificAND he did it in one day, not stretching it out like another plumber tried to do at literally times the costPlumb Crazy is my new plumber and has won my business and appreciationThank you Will!

Our business had a toilet that had come un-seated from the floor Paul M was our service technician We were informed he was on his way with a phone call and an emailHe was at our door in minutes When he arrived he was ready to see the problem and he diagnosed it within a few minutes, plus explained several possible procedures and the possible cost's He was finished and cleaned up the area in less than minutes After handing him our check for the repair, he quickly had a receipt sent to my email before the door closed behind him on his way out Plumb Crazy is very lucky to have him as their customer service specialist!
