Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:The copy of the receipt shows that I was charged $315 for the euthanasia, and the copy of the euthanasia record from Heights Animal Hospital shows that I circled and paid for the paw print (which was included in the price for the euthanasia).  If Judith W[redacted] claims that I was not charged for the paw print, she needs to show me a breakdown of the billing.  From the hospital's euthanasia form, there is no breakdown showing separate prices for euthanasia vs. euthanasia + paw print.  Concerning the collar, it is common sense that after a pet is euthanized, you return the belongings to the owner.  If it were in question about what to do with the collar and tags after the euthanasia, common courtesy would be to call the owner and ask what he would like to do with the pet's belongings.  The least Judith and Heights Animal Hospital can do is reimburse me for the collar.I am not giving up on this complaint, and I have already filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Veterinary Medical Board concerning Heights Animal Hospital and Judith W[redacted]'s despicable behavior and lack of respect for a human being.  I will not hesitate to seek legal action if this is not resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
