Review: I phoned Heights car and Limo on February * to reserve a minivan for 9 am February *. I was quoted a price of $45. I told the dispatcher that there was a $5 off coupon online. He told me that was fine and to tell the driver. I wanted to pay by credit card and he told me there was a $3 service fee plus a mandatory 20% tip. I agreed. The pickup occurred and my driver called in the credit card after I mentioned the coupon and I was told it would be $57. That seemed to be too expensive and I realized that they had not honored the $5 that I had told them about twice. He had me speak to the [redacted] who told me that the dispatcher had not indicated the code for the offer and so therefore they would not honor it. I told him that was not my problem and I had done what I was told but he refused to change the price.Desired Settlement: I would like my $5.00.
