and we submitted a request to make sure her property could be liquidatedIt was explained to her that she would need to pay her MF as it was due within days of the time of sale and that there would be a transfer fee that would need to be paid prior to the deed being transferred from her name and that bill would come from Timeshare CuresThis is also stated in the paperwork that she and her husband signedBecause we broker for Timeshare Cures we are able to apply a discountIf she had contacted them herself she would have been charged the rate of $As requested she needed to transfer money and asked that I not deposit her check until the 22n and of Sept and I agreed to that and held it until that timeIt was deposited on the above date and paperwork was delivered to Timeshare Cures to start the process
When she spoke with *** at Four Seasons it was explained to her that the paperwork had been submitted and that it was to late to cancel the contract
She can review her contract that she signed that states on line Fin bold print that the Timeshare owner understands that they will be required to pay Transfer Fees and both her and her husband initialed that
The contract has been executed and as long as she follows the steps that was explained to her that night and also forwarded to her from the transfer company the deed will be transferred from her name

Four Seasons Travel LLC response is unacceptable and inaccurateIn their response, they state that they told my husband and I that they were brokers, which is a lie.They also state that if I had contacted *** *** directly that they would have charged me $9995, which was never told to my husband and IThat would have been a huge red flag and we would never have considered being a part of any of this messThere are several things that were not told to us during our meetingWhat both *** and *** told us was that *** *** was not doing well and that they are being bought out by Diamond Resorts Intl and that when that happens, our annual maintenance fees would increase substantiallyThey strongly recommended that we transfer our ownership title to avoid the increase in feesWhat a coincidence that they should say that, because based on *** ***'s LinkedIn profile, she works for Four Seasons Travel, but also works for *** *** *** The company that will more than likely want to take ownership of my propertyWhat it amounts to is that she wanted us to transfer our ownership and title and pay Four Seasons travel LLC a referral fee of $5595, in addition to a title transfer fee of $from *** *** and then an additional $to *** *** LLC just to transfer the title of a timeshare property I paid $34,out of my nameThis is the biggest scam I have ever heard ofThe way I have been treated is unethical and should be illegalI expect a full refund of $since the information presented in the transaction was misrepresented

7-26-15 Having been contacted by Four Seasons and clarifying the MF situation, I have paid the remainder of 2015 MF's. If the paperwork is processed, and the transfer becomes complete, and the 2015 MF's for all un-use points reimbursed as stated by phone in conversation with Four Seasons, then the matter will be settled. Until that happens, I will not be satisfied.
I need to receive both E-mail and written confirmation when that is done.

9/5/15 emailed customer new deeds to sign and notorize
9/20/15 received signed deeds back from customer
9/25/15 mailed to county courthouse for recording
It normally takes 30 to 45 days to receive back from courthouse.
once [redacted] receives the paperwork back recording deed into new name it will be sent to resort for final transfer out of [redacted] name and into the new clients name. Normally takes 3 weeks after the resort gets final paperwork
The resort will send verification to both DRI and the client at that time
customer signed paperwork that stated it could take up to 180 days to transfer after the paperwork is filed

This complaint is ongoing as the resolution promised has not occurred.They still will not answer our concerns.On 7-1,2015 they received a copy of our deeds on 9-8 they received our signed and notarized Warranty Deed to transfer.on 8-24, 2015 they cashed our check for the transfer, They say they emailed a request for more info late Oct which we never received. On 12-15 our lawyer emailed them the info, 1-28,2016 they received this info again by mail. We have not heard anything from them and they have not responded to our requests for [redacted] transfer is to be making the transfer and will not respond but Four Seasons selected them to make the transfer and we feel they are responsible to see that it is completed.We will not deem this complaint solved until the transfers are completed. We cannot trust them to do what they tell us they will do.

01/08 Called Perennial again because cust has not received paperwork, told it would be another 3-4 weeks
01/11 Emailed customer this information
01/23 Customer emailed me to stop all transfers immediately
01/26 I emailed customer back and CC'd 4 Seasons that I will stop transfer process, but they will not receive any refunds as there was no contract breeches on either of our sides part.

Again, I am sorry if you are unhappy with the process, but we have not done anything to warrant getting a refund. We have abided by all the timelines that were set forth when you entered in the agreement with Four Seasons Travel and DRS Title and Transfer.
If you would like for me to stop transfer of your timeshare, I will do so. But we will not be refunding anything as we have been done the work we said we would do well within the timeframe we said we would do it.

We did receive your Wyndham contracts and are working through the transfer process for that timeshare. In regards to your Perrenial, they will be preparing documents themselves and sending them to you probably within the next 3-4 weeks.
As stated in the initial document you initialed and signed, as well in the first set of paperwork you receive from us, please understand that the entire process takes up 180 days from the date of entering contract with us.
I apologize if the process is slower then you expect, but we are a small office and it takes us time to answer every ones phone calls and emails. In order to keep the process flowing we prioritize by making sure paperwork that is propelling the file to close is done, mailed, returned, recorded and resorts notified prior to update emails to/from clients.
Besides the initial gathering of paperwork and getting that to us and then signing off on deeds once they are prepared and mailed sent to you, there is very little we need from you and we are primarily working in the background unbeknownst to you. Please be rest assured that your file, barring any red flags or encumbrances encountered during closing, will be completed by 4/28/16 (180 days from your contract date of 10/28/15) even if you do not hear from us on a regular basis.

I am following up on our timeshare transfer, we received and returned to you signed and notarized for our Grand Desert Resort in Los Vegas. What is the current status on this transfer? We should have also received documents for our Perrenial Timeshare Lake Tahoe and as of today we have heard nothing. We called Perrenial and were informed they have not received any inqueries from anyone.
We would appreciate an answer to these questions ASAP.

We contacted both of the vacation properties and they informed us that they have not been contacted by four season about a transfer of ownership. According to them it is a simple process, they only need the name to assign to the property along with a transfer fee. I find it hard to believe that both of these vacation properties insist they have not heard from four season. They have not fulfilled the contract and we need our refund. This is fraud and I will contact legal authorities to resolve the issue.
