an exterminator under contract and the apartments are treated regularly and all issues with the bedbugs have been treated and are under warranty for a period of 90 days.  The company did not let Ms. [redacted] out of her lease, however, the company did move her to a different unit.  There was a delay in moving her to this unit due to delays in the laying of new carpet and other repair issue.  Ms. [redacted] is now in her new unit and was compensated for her inconvenience in dealing with this issue.
