Review: I took my Nissan Pathfinder to [redacted] Transmission. Mr. [redacted] (owner) said he could repair the truck for $ 3600.00. Mr. [redacted] put a new radiator, new valve body kit clutches, torque conveiter and filter. The truck continued to leak transmission fluid and antifreeze. I returned the truck two times to Mr. [redacted]. He put a fan in the truck the second time at no additional cost. The second time it was returned, Mr. [redacted] drove my truck through out the day and went to [redacted] on 6/13/2013 then his home. He went inside and heard a bang outside the truck caught on fire at his home. The truck is totaled. My truck is paid off. I bought the truck brand new 2006 from [redacted] Nissan. Mr. [redacted] gave me a 12 month /12000 mile warranty but the services he performed were not delivered. As a company he should return my money for services that were not delivered. He never called me to tell me my truck caught fire. The truck caught fire on 6/14 @ midnight. I called him @ 2pm Friday 6/14 when he finally told me the truck is gone. He did not call the fire marshall till the next day. He put out the fire with a water hose at his home. I would like my money to be returned and lost wages having to deal with the issue and the insurance company.Desired Settlement: I would like the 3600.00 returned for the services ( I have a receipt). and for lost wages. If anything I am more concerned with the 3600.00

I spoke with [redacted] from the company. He says the customer is not warranted to a refund, they provided the services and she cannot prove that the vehicle caught fire based on the services.

Mr. [redacted] drove my vehicle for personal use. The vehicle was at his home and I spoke to his insurance company and they accepted the damages as Mr. [redacted] fault. The truck never leaked liquids nor overheated until Mr [redacted] changed things in the truck therefore he is responsible for my refund and damages.
