[redacted] Heineman was recommended from a friend at church. He arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit, and told us what needed to be done. More than that, he took the time to answer every question I had and explained what he was going to do to fix it. It ended up being the blower motor and he knew exactly where to get the replacement for it. Additionally he checked the outside unit and demonstrated to me the unit was also low on freon. He replaced the motor and charged the system for us restoring our unit to factory specs.
