[redacted] Heineman was recommended from a friend at church He arrived on time and was very professional He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit, and told us what needed to be doneMore than that, he took the time to answer every question I had and explained what he was going to do to fix itIt ended up being the blower motor and he knew exactly where to get the replacement for itAdditionally he checked the outside unit and demonstrated to me the unit was also low on freon He replaced the motor and charged the system for us restoring our unit to factory specs He is a pleasure to work with, He is sincere, knowledgeable, and a seasoned technician We have become a fan of Heineman Heating and Air Conditioning; when our unit requires service or replacement, [redacted] Heineman will be the one we call and recommend to others Thanks ***Great Job!
