I took my car to Heinold and Feller on Jan 18th for an oil change at the LaCrosse location. Got in my car to leave and noticed 3 large piles of grease/oil. Went back inside and told the Manager Scott. Scott came out with some sort of spray and shop rag and scrub the oil around and saturated the seat. Asked is that good? I said NO I can still see it. He said bring it once its dry and let me see it. I said kind of hard for me to run my car to you Monday, I work. He said call me Monday and tell me if they spots are gone. Well they weren't. I called and he kept saying what do you want me to do what do you want me to do (I have the emails saved). He said I can try to clean it again or you can have someone try but I need an estimate. I got an estimate, a guy came and took my car (om Jan 21st) to try and clean it and got 2 of the 3 spots out. I told Scott that there was still a spot. He said you can come and get your money for reimbursement. I thought this was crazy that I have to do all the running? So he brought the $ by the following Sat Jan 25th. By this time I had contacted the owner Joe Feller at the Valparaiso branch. He said he would find a guy to clean it and would call me back. After a week I had no call back so I called the Valpo store, Joe was out I was told and I left a message. Joe called back and left a message that he would call me the following morning due to the store closing in 10 minutes. I never got a call the next morning. I called on Thursday Feb 6th to the Valpo store and spoke to Jenny who said Joe was out sick but expected back on Saturday the 8th. She asked what was going on and I explained. She said well let me get ahold of Joe and I will call you back. She did later in the day said I could bring my car in, the cleaning place would need it 24 hours. I dropped my car off the 8th to Heinold and Feller in Valpo. Monday came no call by 3pm. I called, nothing had been done with my car it had sat there since Saturday. Needless to say at this point I am irate, Jenny says she will take it to the cleaner and see if they can do anything and would call me back because I need my car. She calls me at 5pm (not right back) and states they can't get an appointment for my car for a few days but one of the service guys used some stuff on it and she sent pics to the owner Joe. Well after driving up 45 minutes later, the spot looks no different. No one has yet contacted me asking me anything if I was happy, if there was a difference in the spot. I have done all the calling, all the driving, wasting gas and mileage on my car, and honestly totally angry at this point that my "small spot" as they call it is no big deal to them but is to me.

I have attempted to resolve the seat issue by having the seats cleaned. I have attach before and after pictures to show what was done. Apparently the spot has reappeared. We thought it was resolved when we gave the car back. I would be happy to try again or reimburse her for getting it cleaned by the retailer of her choice. Unfortunately I have been out of town at each time of contact and have only seen pictures. sincerely,

It is unfortunate the way things worked when Ms. dropped off her car and we gave her a free loaner to use. The detailer I wanted to use was unable to get to her car and and we needed her car longer. She wanted her car back so we had it cleaned and thought it was clean. I was in Mexico and inable to see it myself. They sent me this picture so I thought it was ok now. Since she insisted on having her car back we did all we could. Apparently the stain has come back and she called and told us but told my employee that she didn't want to speak with me. When she made the Revdex.com complaint I offered to reimburse for the detailing she might get done locally; as well, I have not heard any more from her but yesterday I also offered through the Revdex.com. I let them know that I would send her a check for $100 – so that she could have it detailed at her convenience and already have the money in hand – that should more than cover the cost and I could send it via the Revdex.com to keep all informed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please note I wanted my car back due to I was told by Jenny of Heinold and Feller, that she didn't know when they could get my car in to the detailer so yes I wanted my car back and second I didn't say I did't want to (or refuse) to talk to Joe I was told he was moving cars. I will accept the $100.00 I do want my eye sore car seat cleaned

They delivered are brand new lawn mower, and an hour of use, a part fell off and was unable to steer it. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. We called them and told them we were not happy with it and to come back and get it, we no longer wanted it. 3days later, they sent out a repairman, who came with no tools, asked to use ours and was going to take a used part off a mower he had on the trailer, and put it on our new mower, not! They loaded it up we gave them all the paperwork back, and we again, said we where dissapinted, and not satisfied at all. We were told by our sales agent, that we used it, it's yours now. Nothing should fall off or break after one hour of use. Two days later they called to set up a delivery date to return it, clearly ignoring the fact that we told them we were very dissatisfied and did not and was not going to pay 3300 for a lawn mower, that didn't last an hour.

Mr *** purchased a mower from us on 5/19/2018 and took delivery on 5/23/2018. He called on 5/24/2018 an told us his left drive on his mower had stopped working. We offered to come out on the spot and fix it but he said that he was at work and so we scheduled to go out on Sat the 26th at 3 pm to try to fix it if possible on the spot or bring it back and fix it, whatever it took. He said he wanted to return it. We informed him that as we had explained when he bought it, the mower came with a warranty and we would honor the warranty as his full service dealer. We went out to get it and our driver saw the issue. A 50 cent e-clip had come loose somehow and needed to be reattached. Our diver needed a tool that he did not have with him so he asked is he could borrow one from Mr *** so he could fix it on the spot. Mr *** declined so we brought it back. We were closed by time he got back . We fixed it first thing the next business day and called to set up returning Mr ***'s mower. He did not call back. We tried numerous times and left messages but received no return calls. When I told my driver to take it because he was going that way with another mower, my driver told me that Mr. had told him that he bought the mower because he thought his old Grazer mower was not reasonably able to be repaired. However, he had actually been able to repair it himself so he did not need the new mower. While I understand that he may have some buyer's remorse, We do not offer returns on mowers that have been put in service as we had told Mr ***. Anyway, nobody was there so he could not leave the mower. Finally I tried taking the mower on June14th at 6 pm hoping someone would be home. Again nobody was home but I called from my cell and Mr *** answered this time. He was not coming home and he said he had made a complaint to the Revdex.com. We have done everything in our power to serve Mr *** and have honored all our agreements. He financed the mower through a third party called *** We have kept them informed of the situation. We liken the issue to having a new car that has a warranty issue. It is not returnable but get fixed by the dealer under warranty. The same scenario applies here.
