I have attached a copy of the letter which was sent to Mr*** in December shortly after his vehicle and *** purchase. The letter was not returned to *** *** ***, Inc. as undelivered. The letter clearly states the *** terms as well as Mr***'s opportunity to contact Heinrich Chevrolet or *** *** ***, Incwith any concerns.We are unable to provide the desired settlement as the vehicle service contract has expired

process involves a detailing of the vehicle including an inspection for an exterior that is "Reasonably Free of Dents" and a "Recondition Surface Chips/Scratches. The detailing process includes a machine polish and clay bar of the paint surface which will remove many small scratches and foreign material such as bird droppings etc. The process does not require a refinish of the paint for minor imperfections. It is not the intent of the certification process to repaint body panels with minor imperfections which are reasonable for the age/mileage of the vehicle. The customer had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to delivery and signed our Used Vehicle Satisfaction form which is attached to this response. This form also indicates that at delivery nothing was promised that was not yet received. 3. When measuring tire tread depth with a tire gauge the probe of the gauge is placed into the center of the tire circumferential grooves. Using this method while measuring all inner and outer grooves across the width of the tire our measurements indicate the result meets the required 5/32nds" It appears we are in disagreement with the customer requirements for satisfaction or settlement. This outcome is unfortunate and does not benefit either party. Heinrich Chevrolet was not negligent in any way. We are not interested in any goodwill offer resolution which we began to offer Mr. [redacted] but his demeaner and false accusations caused us to reconsider and withdraw our offer.
