The service department is horrible I have been going there for my oil changes for the past couple of years I heard some noise from my front end and some vibration so I asked them to give me an estimate thinking they were fare hours of Labor and $3,just in parts was what I was told would cost for repairs Four new tires, Alignment, axle shafts, Hubs, power steering pump, rack and pinion I left the dealer pretty pissed My power steering fluid was very low I added some myself and fixed that problem I pid $for a multi point inpection that checks all the fluids before anything else which they didnt check A different shop put two new tires on in the back No more vibration Just a low humming from the front Different mechanic that knew a friend of mine said I just needed bearings in the front CHEVY SERVICE tried ripping me off DALLAS was the mechanic that wrote up the estimate AND NO CALL BACK I called on a Saturday and was told monday morning
