Review: I have two rebate offers totaling $800 which have not been paid. The first offer was submitted 7/20/15 for $400 for a rebate on soup purchases. The rebate form says to allow 6-8 weeks to receive the rebate. The second rebate was also for soup purchases and was submitted as an e=rebate on 1/16/16. It was also for $400. Have called multiple times and spoke with Kim at phone number [redacted]. She has continued to tell me they have the rebates logged in the computer and that Corporate has not released the funds. When asked if there is anyone else I can speak with, I are told no. The first rebate has been in for 9 months and the second rebate has been in for 3 months.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

Just want the two $400 rebates to be paid to me as stated in the rebate offer.
