with no effort required from our clients., we do all the work, and we do what we say we are going to do. We receive hundred of contact per week from people all across America and Canada that need our assistance, In order to assist anyone we require certain information regarding their particular case,, usually we can determine the viability of the situation within a very few minutes by  asking a few specific questions  and obtaining specific information. Ms. [redacted] did in fact contact us for a possible advance from us to her against her inheritance. The problem arose when she constantly did not want to answer the questions required. She is under the false  impression that she knows all there is to know about the case but still was unable to supply the needed information. If she would have simply listened and answered the easy questions we could have quickly been able to determine the viability of helping her. It's probable she called from  a cellular phone and might have had an issue hearing me, communication via cell phone is very often problematic.. regardless I found the conversation was going in the wrong direction ,she was getting confrontational and difficult to communicate with she wanted to control the situation without the knowledge needed. I told her I had to go and terminated the call. She called again later with a similar attitude, I was not interested in speaking with her again at that time. I am sorry for the miscommunication and it is unfortunate she has some kind of disability and has had abusive issues in her life, however she should not let those situations carryover to all other aspects of her being, no need to have a chip on her shoulder.. If she had let me lead the conversation and calmed down we might have been able to help her.  It is unfortunate that from the tens of thousands of positive  contacts and coments we have received over the years for help, we have this complaint.. I guess you can't please everyone in life, no matter how hard you try..I am open to reviewing this case if Ms. [redacted] cares to call.

I am extremely pleased with the help I received from this company. Mr Ladd F, owner, was pleasant and professional in helping me with an advance that I needed immediately, and I reside clear across the country from him in Pennsylvania, from his location in California. I would definitely recommend to anyone who's an heir and is in need of a loan while waiting for a settlement to clear, to contact him!

On THREE SREPERATE occasions Ms. [redacted] RECEIVED and signed and had notarized all Documents necessary in order for us to fund her each time.  We obviously would not have advanced her funds without her executing the documents. She received the money that was CONTRACTED for, we eventually received our due payments from the Estate and this file has been closed.  I reiterate, we have no executed documentation pertaining to any refund due her.    
At this point I believe there is no more to add, this invalid complaint should never have been made and should be withdrawn from  Revdex.com etc.

I have repeatedly requested copies of the contracts I signed with the heir advance co from mr [redacted] and he refused to provide them I would be willing to pay for the copies and postage but he is not receptive. I do have an email from my bank TD bank/bank officer william cross sent my statements with the dates of deposit on each of the loans and I have a copy of the check for 30,000 that was sent to mr [redacted] on july 22,2013. I will have to mail this to you as I can't seem to attatch it. could you send your mailing address please.

[The business owners response is categorically false.  He is not taking one bit of accountability for his sardonic, rude and extremely offensive behavior.  He is lying to be quite frank which just makes me even more offended.  He was extremely arrogant and condescending.  He would not let me ask a question.  In fact he got very angry when I tried to ask any questions.  He treated me like I was stupid and his specific words were,  "You don't know anything!  You don't know anything at all!  I have to go.   I have talked to several people about this conversation and they found it to be shocking.  And then a hang up.". It was the rudest experience I have ever had in any business dealing in my life.  I was going to just file my complaint without talking to him but I decided to call him again  because I am a mediator and I wanted to try to resolve it with him.  I thought that maybe he was just having a bad day and everyone deserves a chance.  Well, I was so wrong.  When I called him, he immediately launched into his inquiry.  What's your name?  Who died?  When did they die?  He fires questions off so fast that it's hard to even answer them fast enough.  He lacks compassion.  Not once did he say anything remotely compassionate like "I am sorry for your loss.". People deserve to be treated with respect.  When I explained that I had talked to him earlier in the day, and was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, he said "Good!". It just got worse from there.  He got irate with me.  I told him that he was a rude man.  He then told me to "Get a fking....". I hung up at that point because he was yelling and being profane so I don't know how he finished the sentence.  I really did have a sincere interest in resolving this but it was clear rather quickly that it wasn't going to happen.  So I feel there is no other choice but to share my experience with the Revdex.com.  I'm sure the company has done good work and may be in the business to help people, but that's not how I was treated.  I am just one person and one voice and I may not have much power, but I have to have a way to share my concerns.  I have nothing that I want from this company.  I don't want an apology or anything.  I know it's futile to ask because this person will only be rude again to me, so I would never subject myself to that abuse again.  But for him to lie about and try to discredit me the way he is goes to a whole other level of horrendous business conduct.  I just wanted to be heard and to make sure this complaint and my review is in the record.  I just hope that no-one ever has to go through such rudeness.  I also hope he will learn some customer service skills and try to be more compassionate with people.  I hope he will slow down and listen to people and let them ask questions even if he thinks they are stupid questions. I hope that he will just be civil with people. I don't want him to suffer harm but I do want him to learn. It's hard to lose a parent as I am sure he knows, so have some decency to be just a little kind. This is a people business. Yes it's a financial business but it's about people. People who are grieving. People who deserve to be treated with respect. I wish him well and I hope that whatever is going on to make him this way will turn around for him. I will pray for that. However, business is business and my complaint is most certainly not resolvedbr>

I called the Heir Advance co. and spoke with Mr.[redacted] back in February of this year during that conversation I asked Mr [redacted] for copies of the contracts I signed and he flat refused to send them to me. I would have paid the postage. I do however have proof from my bank of the dates of direct deposits from the Heir Advance co.

Let Me first say that I usually don't do negative reviews. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt because I don't know what is going on in their life, etc. but the man from this company was the most rude person I believe I have ever dealt with from a business. I filled out the information requested online and waited for a call. A gentleman (term used lightly) called me and from the start was completely rude. He would ask me a question and then cut me off before I could even get a full sentence out. He would raise his voice over and over again. Like I said earlier I usually just caulk it up to him having a bad day and leave it at that but I will tell everyone that I can not to even deal with this company. There is no reason to treat anyone like that especially a potential customer.
