Sorry I accidentally deleted the message so I'm replaying this wayI received the message he sent you and also did received the bill in the mailHowever it didn't explain why I never got a phone call back in regards to the leaking faucet in the bathroom after several attempts trying to get a hold of himEventually I hired someone else to fix the problem

Review: I hired [redacted] to replace my water heather and also to fix my bathtub faucet. The water heather is working well but after a few days I was unable to get the bathtub faucet to turn off completely. The water leaked so bad that it would fill the bathtub half way up in a day times. I called him and he gave me a few suggestions tell he could get over to look at it. I informed him that nothing worked that he has suggested, so he said he would be over the following week. It know has been three weeks or so and I haven't heard from him after I called him several times leaving messages. I did have another person come and fix the problem. I also haven't received a receipt for the payment I gave him. The water heather has a ten year warranty on it, and I have no proof on the day of install. The checked has cleared my bank. All I really want now is a receipt stating it is paid so I know that I have a ten year warranty on the equipment.Desired Settlement: All I really want now is a receipt stating it is paid so I know that I have a ten year warranty on the equipment.
