Review: On December 21st, 2013 I was told by [redacted] whose real name is [redacted] told me to come to Heiser Quick Motors to get a car. At that time I was leasing from Honda a 2011 civic sedan that I was looking to trade in because my lease was up in April and I was over my miles. [redacted] who is the finance manager there assured me that they were going to either pay off the car or pay the remaining balance of the lease which was five payments of 353.00. I was so excited that I got approved for a 2011 Honda accord considering that my credit was not that good and [redacted] asked me if I had any money to put down and I told him my car note money that I had. He initially wanted 500.00 but I only put down 400.00. I left the leased vehicle there with both keys trusting that they were going to do what they promised. Sometime in January I started getting calls from Honda financial about my car note, I began to explain the situation to [redacted] who is a rep for Honda. I told her that I no longer have that vehicle and that is was traded in to Heiser Quick Motor and that they should have cut them a check. She stated that they have not received anything form them. Since then I have been going back and forth with both [redacted] and Honda about this matter, each time [redacted] had me get the payoff amounts and never sent the money. Last week I had [redacted] and brain on a conference call and he told her that he was going to pay the remaining balance because the payoff was too much even though he knew how much the payoff was. He began to say that I only told him I owed two payments on the car, but how so and my lease was up in April. My car has been sitting there for almost 2 months and nothing has been done. I received a call from [redacted] on February 18th stating that she spoke with [redacted] and he will only pay 2 payments and that I had to come up with 1079.56 by 5pm that day. I was furious because where was I going to get the money from in 9 hrs and not only that Heiser Quick Motor did do what they said they were going to do. Now there is repossession out for that leased vehicle that was supposed to be paid and my credit is being demolished. I have never been treated like this in my life. When I called [redacted] to see what was going on he told me to LET them repo my car because it was affect me due to the fact that I have a new car loan….I have never heard that in my life. He knew what he was doing that whole time. Even when I called to ask the secretary about my issue she told me that my contract was a purchase and not a trade in, why would I leave a leased vehicle there to sit.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreaciate it!!!!Desired Settlement: I just want them to do what they said they were going to do, and I want my credit repaired
