Heisman Roofing came out 3 weeks ago and gave me a price to repair around my chimney with new shingle and flashing, seal the chimney bricks and remove 2 skylights and replace with sheeting and shingles. This morning he sent out a subcontractor and his father-in-law to do the job. When they arrived I ask them to tell me. before they started, just exactly what they were told to do. The only thing he had told them to do was remove the skylights and seal the flashing. I have determined that Troy with Heisman Roofing is not honest and will not do what he promises.
Apologies that you feel this way. We were never in agreement on exactly what work you were wanting to be performed. Obviously, you and I miscommunicated. Good luck in finding someone to work with you.
