I ordered boilers jeremy h*** told me if I paid all the money up front he would make them right away ,a week later the phone was disconnected filed complaint with MI attorney general , now he said he is filing for bankruptcy ,I have been told by my lawyer that this is consumer fraud I hope to screw up his bankruptcy ,***if he would have answered my call I would have come to his shop and helped him make them

This company in my experience is Fraudulent! The owners wife takes the orders, processes payments, give you a delivery date of 2-3 weeks.. this was Sep 2014.. Nov 5, 2014, 2.5 months later still no furnace.. after numerous un-returned calls and emails... we request a refund. She responds with.. "sometimes a company can't help when you have employees who are not dependable". What exactly she meant by that, I do not understand. I ordered the product from the company, not their employees! To this day we have yet to receive our money back. We filed a small claims court case.. unbelievable is, after the court case was filed.. the business building caught on fire on Feb 25, 2015 and now their website no longer comes up online. This company is a fly by night company or not a company at all.. next time I will not go with the small business guy.. we ended up purchasing a wood master and couldnt be happier. A well know company who produced a product and back it as well, something Heiss does not do.

I have had my heater for two heating season and this will be my third year. When I first get the stove we had problems installing it do to having the wrong manual, when we did start I small fire in it a large pease of concrete broke off the top of the burn chamber! They said they would be there to fix it, and never showed up. Then they said they would send the stuff so I could fix it and never sent the stuff!! Then I was having problems with the draft flap, (which was just wired on) I had to call multiple times over the coarse of month before they sent the part to fix it! This was all in the first year! Year two the door started leaking and they said they would come fix it, and never showed months later the door fell out and broke the fan, they sent the fan and draft flap to me then! The door is being held in with a ratchet strap. The outside around the door is all charred!! So to this point I think the stove should be replaced do to still needing the inside burn chamber isn't fix, the outside of door is all charred and the door is broken out of concrete frame.
