Review: I am having a problem with a refund request from Heitmeier Physicians Optical. I ordered prescription glasses on 7/17/14 not realizing I would need cataract surgery. I called on 7/22/17 to see if the order could be stopped until after my surgery. My Doctor indicated I may not need glasses after surgery. The Heitmeier representative called the lab to see if the order could be stopped and I was informed the glasses would be placed on hold until after my surgeries and would not proceed until I contacted them. I had two surgeries on 7/30/14 and 8/13/14. On 8/21/14 I visited Heitmeier's Office to inform them I would not be needing the glasses. The representative indicated I would need to talk to the Office Manager [redacted]t who was not in the office at that time. I requested a call back. I visited the office again on Monday 8/25/14 after not receiving a call from [redacted]. Was informed again [redacted] was not in the office, and she would call me back. I still had not received a call by 8/26/14, a someone in the Marrero office forwarded my call to the Algiers office. My call went directly to voice mail. On Wednesday 8/27/14 I called the Marrero office again and was transferred to the Algiers once again and was immediately transferred to voice mail. I then called the Marrero office again asking if someone else could assist me? Was informed [redacted] was who I needed to talk to. Again I requested a call back to no avail. I need help.Desired Settlement: Have the refund of $403.20 applied to my credit card.
